Mr. Edmund Sona Asu is a seasoned executive with over 15 years of experience across telecommunications, logistics, consulting, finance, and enterprise operations. He studied engineering in Germany and the Netherlands and holds an MBA from the United States, complemented by PMP certification, equipping him to drive strategy execution, operational excellence, and sustainable organizational growth. He has built his professional experience within large, complex institutions, including CAMTEL (Cameroon Telecommunications), and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ZGR while also founding Tech Hunters, a company focused on technology-driven solutions and talent development.

Strategic Advisor

Mr. Louis-Charles Minyang is a senior business executive, advisor, trainer, and certified coach with over 25 years of experience across commercial management, operations, HR services, fleet management, and road risk management. He began his career at SADIPIN as HEINEKEN Brand Manager before building a long and impactful career at Emploi Service Cameroun, where he rose to Deputy General Manager in charge of Operations and Commercial Development. He later served as Deputy Managing Director at Driving and Logistics (DAL) and Managing Director at NETSYS, and is the Promoter of Fleet Management Academy, Proactive Driving School, and Proactive Chartered Company (SARL). A Certified Personal Development Expert and graduate of the 32nd class of Coach Academy Paris, he currently serves as a non-executive Advisor to Zion Global Resources (ZGR).

Senior Advisor

Dr. Aissatou O. Seydi, D.B.A serves as an Advisor to ZGR, bringing over 20 years of experience in human resources, organizational leadership, and talent advisory across the oil & gas, energy, mining, and banking sectors in Africa. She has held senior human resources leadership roles within ExxonMobil and is currently Managing Partner at Antal International, where she specializes in executive search and leadership advisory for complex and regulated industries. In her advisory role, she provides strategic counsel on people strategy, leadership development, governance, succession planning, and inclusive workforce practices, reinforcing ZGR's commitment to building high-performing, ethical, and future-ready organizations.
